It is ridiculously stupid to elevate the status, legal or otherwise, of the living Boston bomber. Treat him like we would anyone else, i.e., a low-life until we know what the fuck we’re dealing with, like, I don’t know, whether he IS actually an “enemy combatant.” We can figure it out from there if we have to.
Of course, the great Senator from the State of Arizona has never met a war-action he didn’t love.
