Along with the numbers that 21.8% of United States income is “earned” by 1% of our people, this is more humilating stuff for a nation that once prided itself on its robust middle class.
Presumably, we’re trying to become your average Middle-Eastern Theocracy, where the Bigs light their Cubans with million-dollar bills while supining on their gold-plated couches, at the same time most of their subjects worry about food. Or N. Korea, which is the same deal without the Islam. Their religion is personal. Kim Jong Il makes a hole in one every time he golfs. Heck, if I saw that, I WOULD think he was God.
