Gee, it’s no wonder he’s having a little trouble with the polling lately.  This was bad.  When military folks are laughing “down the line” at comments he made, you just know it has to hurt the war hero.  And I mean it when I say, “war hero.”  But that was 40 years ago, Johnny, and we don’t need or want a do-over.

You really need to click on the Michael Ware link towards the bottom to get an accurate feel for how far the man has fallen.  It’s the best part.  Ware, who has actually BEEN in Baghdad for four years, pretty much calls “bullshit” in terms you don’t often hear from a journalist about St. McCain’s claims that you can walk around some Baghdad neighborhoods without fear these days.

Classic.  Hey, John, you did good for your country on balance, and I appreciate it.  And by all means, stay in that race!  There’s enough crap out there now on your Romney-esque vote-whoring to actually make me believe Media Man’s love affair with you just ain’t gonna be enough. 

Remember, they like ratings in the end above all else.  All these combined video clips of you are going to make a fine campaign commercial montage, and lots of blabber among the Talking Heads.
