For the next 2 years, I’m going to everything I can here to try to convince stupid “moderates” that McCain has turned into what most people derisively call a politician, and point out that he’s actually nuttier (though obviously smarter) than our Fearless and Clueless Leader himself.

Some excellent distruction of the “State’s rights” abortion position from Steve at Lawyers, Guns, and Money. In essence, this position holds that the sanctity of human life depends on which state you live in. Huh? Read it and find the nonsense.
And finally a comment from little ol’ me. The Man, and The Man’s women, are ALWAYS going to have access to safe abortions. So it has been, is, and will always be.
This is to me primarily an individual right’s issue, but running a close second is that this is very clearly a class and economics issue. More “screw the poor” from our geniuses in charge. I’m tired of it.
